The pool area stood out with its inviting atmosphere. The location offered easy access to nearby beaches, which was a huge plus for our family. Our room, an Efficiency One Room Suite with two queen beds, had a kitchenette that made meal preparations convenient. However, the check-in experience was marred by a significantly dirty room. It was shocking to find garbage left from the previous guest. The breakfast options were disappointing and not very appealing. Additionally, we faced an issue on our second day. the room key stopped working, leading to significant inconvenience as we waited for assistance. Maintenance couldn’t open the door, and we were left waiting unnecessarily. There was a lack of timely communication from staff regarding these problems, which was frustrating. Though we enjoyed some parts of our stay, these issues did outweigh the positives, leaving us dissatisfied with our experience overall.
